Verified ReviewerBy far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with.
You want details? You're horrible, nothing is on time, every month I have to call to get my meds that are all supposed to be on auto refill.
I've told your phone jockies numerous time that my meds are all auto refill and they say they'll fix it only to go thru the same BS next month. You're horrible, staff doesn't listen, can't get things correct. I will be changing pharmacies asap!!
I am done with you guys. It used to be such a great place to get my meds from, but ever since you merged or changed names whatever you did you're horrible.
User's recommendation: Don't bother me!!!

Verified ReviewerTerrible, terrible experiences over years
Have been an RN for almost 50 years. RX's sent by PCP for rheumatoid arthritis not filled at all for first two years.
Then filled. Got RX renewed in August because I know their incompetence, not due until October. From October to January, received only one dose of Humira. Tale as old as time...pharmacy blames insurance company, insurance blames pharmacy.
Me---severe RA for over 30 years and no meds. I hate these people. They are horrible. They claim med was delivered but it was not.
No follow up. Horrible, horrible company.
Rx refill
Called for rx refill and they did it for me and were super nice. We discussed one particular rx and did not refill that one because I no longer take it.
These F*****S Are the Worst
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company is the worst.
Just awful.
Delayed or missed shipments of medication. Representatives read a script and are dumber than hammers.
User's recommendation: Avoid!

Verified ReviewerResolved: Shorted over $1200 in insulin!!
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Many phone calls later, got it resolved.
Will likely be changing insurance soon, shouldn't have to deal with them again. Hours wasted..
Ordered a 3 month supply of Tresiba, IngenioRX only sent me ONE MONTH worth, but charged me and my insurance company for THREE!! Then blatantly lied about it to me!
Anthem is aware of their attempted fraud, BEWARE!
DO NOT USE THEM!! Guess they dont realize that ALL insurance companies record ALL conversations
- Thieves
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Verified ReviewerDon't use this Pharmacy
Very incompetent. Too many mistakes. When I asked them to take me off auto refill, they were very rude and hateful.
- Very disorganized
- Lack of communication
Preferred solution: Apology
User's recommendation: Don't use this pharmacy
Complete idiots work there
It takes 4 people to place an order for medication and each time the call is 20+ minutes to go through 25 unnecessary steps before the order is placed. This is why healthcare is so expensive in this country:complete idiots that draw a full time salary just to do pointless admin work that only serves to waste patients' time.
Why can't this be done online? What is the benefit to the patient?
Other than keeping imbeciles on payroll? Blue Cross, PLEASE STOP USING THESE PEOPLE!
- Idiots
Didn't receive my OTC meds
Lady didnt compleate order. Still had five items to go Told me to finish tomorrow. Still havent received anything.
Auto refill doesn't auto refill
Since my company has switched over to this provider, all of my auto renewed prescriptions are messed up. I will get some for a few months and before I realize it, I am out and none were sent.
I have to go back in and suddenly re-enroll.
This has happened so many times with all my medications. Many of my meds have horrible withdrawal symptoms and I get very ill waiting each time this error occurs.
- You will not got prescription refills until after you run out

Verified ReviewerDelayed shipments and shipments sent to the wrong address.
Still waiting for the Rx. It has been 5 days since he ran out.
Not supposed to stop medication. It is a critical medication for severe GvHD.
My son has battled cancer for 6 years. 3 as a child/3 as an adult.
Ingenio is constant source of frustration and critical mistakes. We have never had this poor of service with any other provider.
1 critical med was sent to a 2 yr old address. He has been out of another critical med for 4 days.
- Very disorganized
- Lack of communication
- You will not got prescription refills until after you run out

User's recommendation: Sorry for your luck

Verified ReviewerBecause I am a pissed of customer
Like everyone else, I am stuck with Ingenio-Rx because my carrier is Blue Cross. It's week 3 of me going back and forth with them, my doctor and Skyrizi trying to get my second starter dose filled.
The people I talk to are nice but they are either incompetent, liars or both.
Because there is no way they keep making the same mistakes over and over again about getting a prior authorization three times for the same starter dose. It's a good thing my medicine is not to save my life because I would have been dead a long time ago because of so much delay.
- Very polite and patient customers
- Lack of communication
- Very disorganized
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
User's recommendation: Avoid Blue Cross Blue Shield so you don't have to deal with Ingenio-Rx
Terrible communication
Getting multiple calls daily from different people regarding the same situation but with different information. Usually wrong.
Going on 3rd week of trying to get refill.
This is ridiculous! Too many cooks in the kitchen.
User's recommendation: Look elswhere.
Authorization Specialist
I don't know what has happened to IngenioRX but the reps doing intake for authorization are dry and come across ruled. I use to enjoy speaking to the reps. It doesn't hurt to be nice on the phone
